Information we collect

• Booking and contact details: your name, email, phone number, event date, time, and location, provided when you book or send an inquiry.
• Payment information: processed securely by our booking and payment provider. We don’t store your full card details.
• Event photos: photos and videos taken in our booth at your event.
• Website data: basic usage data collected through cookies and tools like analytics and advertising pixels (such as Meta Pixel), which help us understand site traffic and show relevant ads.

How we use it

• To confirm, plan, and deliver your booking
• To send confirmations, reminders, invoices, and event photos
• To answer your questions
• To improve our website and advertising
• With your permission, to share event photos on our website and social media (see below)

Event photos
Guests can send their photos to themselves by text, email, or AirDrop from the booth. If you purchase an online gallery, photos are stored there for you to view and download. We may use event photos in our marketing only as allowed in your booking agreement. To ask us to remove a photo, email us at [email protected].

Sharing your information
We don’t sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business (such as our booking, payment, email, and gallery providers), or when required by law.

Children
Our booking services are for adults. Photos of minors taken at events are handled under the event host’s booking agreement.

Your choices
You can request a copy of your information, ask us to correct or delete it, or opt out of marketing emails at any time by contacting [email protected].
