Booking & Payment
How do I book?
Pick your package, choose your date, and pay a 25% deposit online. You’ll get your confirmation and contract by email right away.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and bank transfer (ACH). Want to split it up? Pay over time with Klarna at checkout.
When is the rest of the payment due?
The remaining balance is due 7 days before your event. We’ll send you a reminder so you don’t have to keep track.
How far ahead should I book?
We recommend booking at least 4 weeks ahead, especially for weekends. Planning something last minute? We’re happy to help as long as your date is open, so check availability online anytime.
Can I reschedule?
Yes! Plans change, and we get it. You can reschedule at no extra cost with at least 14 days’ notice, as long as your new date is available.
What if I need to cancel?
Deposits are non-refundable, but they’re never wasted. Your deposit can be applied to any available date within 12 months.
Setup & Space
What areas do you serve?
We serve all of DFW! Delivery is free within 7 miles of McKinney. For events farther out, a travel fee is calculated at checkout, so you’ll see your full price before you book.
How much space do you need?
Just a 10 x 10 ft area and access to a standard outlet. No outlet nearby? Add a portable power station at checkout, which is perfect for backyards and parks.
When do you arrive to set up?
We arrive at least an hour before your event to set up, and we break down after it ends, so you get every minute of the time you booked.
Can the booth go outdoors?
Yes! The booth just needs a shaded spot to protect it from direct sun. No shade at your venue? Add a tent at checkout. Outdoors without an outlet? Pair it with the portable power station.
The Booth Experience
Does someone stay with the booth?
Our booth is a self-serve touchscreen, so guests can jump in and start snapping on their own. We set everything up, monitor it during your event, and we’re just a call away if anything comes up. Want someone on-site? Add an attendant at checkout.
How do guests get their photos?
Right from the touchscreen! Guests can text, email, or AirDrop their photos to their phone in seconds, so they can share them before the party’s even over.
Can I get all the photos after the event?
Yes! Add an online gallery at checkout to view and download every photo from your event in one place.
Are props included?
Yes, with the Digital Booth and Print Booth packages, which include a full table of fun props. Booking À La Carte? Upgrade to the Digital Booth to add props and a backdrop.
Can I add more time?
Absolutely! Every package includes 3 hours of fun, and you can add extra hours at checkout if your party runs longer.
Prints & Designs
Are prints unlimited?
Yes! The Print Booth package includes unlimited print sessions, and everyone in the photo can print their own copy, so no one goes home empty-handed.
Can I get 4x6 prints?
Yes! Upgrade to 4×6 prints at checkout, with one big photo or a fun multi-photo layout, depending on the template you choose.
Can the prints have our names and date?
Yes! Choose from our ready-made templates, or add a Custom Template Design so your names, date, colors, and theme show up on the booth’s welcome screen and every print. Please book at least 14 days ahead for custom designs.
